Key Programs

  1. Project Development Accompaniment Services (PDAS)
    PDAS provides support through pre-funding appraisals, program monitoring, evaluation, and other project guidance services to ensure effective implementation and alignment with goals.
  2. Training and Resource Development Services (TRDS)
    TRDS includes a wide array of capacity-building programs designed to strengthen organizational effectiveness and community development initiatives.
  3. Community Resource Development Services (CRDS)
    CRDS reflects MAGI’s commitment to active community development. By partnering with local people’s organizations, MAGI offers hands-on support to beneficiary communities, helping to implement and sustain impactful grassroots projects.
  4. Research, Documentation, and Publication Services (RDPS)
    RDPS is the principal data gathering and editorial arm of MAGI. It conducts research and popularizes various development project management experiences.
  5. Institutional Strengthening and Administrative Support Services (ISASS)
    The Institutional Strengthening and Administrative Support Services (ISASS) provides management, coordination and supervision over all levels of MAGI’s operations. It handles the organization’s staff development program, gender mainstreaming as well as networking and partnership building activities. The unit undertakes and leads the team in carrying out organizational sustainability measures.

    Development Education

    In addition to the above programs, MAGI offers development education and exposure programs for individuals and groups, both local and international. These programs provide participants with firsthand experiences of the daily realities and challenges faced by local communities. MAGI customizes each program to meet the specific needs of individuals or organizations, ensuring a meaningful and relevant experience. Beyond learning and sharing knowledge, these activities aim to foster international solidarity and promote advocacy for shared causes.
